So you want to cook good gluten-free food...

I hear it several times a week, "my gluten-free recipe was terrible and ended up in the garbage, or my family wouldn't touch my gluten-free baking".  I can't help but feel bad for their family not to mention the cost of tossing out which would have been expensive ingredients to 'experiment with'.  Gluten free cooking and baking can be quite challenging, especially for those that might be kitchen challenged to start with.

Sue Gauen, author of Celebrating Food: 121 Gluten-Free Recipes for a Healthier You, has done the experimenting for you and has put together some fabulous recipes in her cookbook.

Sue will be at Lemongrass natural foods on Tuesday, April 20th from 10-3.  Cookbooks will be available along with some of her mixes.  See you there!
